Could be a corrupted DAT file or you’re out of system memory. If your OS is 32-bit then you can only use a max of 4GB of memory. You can repair or remove the DAT file. The worse that will happen from removing the file is that you’ll lose all your game configuration settings so make sure to write down any of the important ones beforehand.

32-bit memory limitation. You’d need to upgrade to a 64-bit OS. Depending on your version of Windows, you may do so for free. Windows 7 for example: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows7

You can try to avoid the issue by lowering your model limit and quality to minimum and restarting the client after changing maps or every few hours.

You already have the 32-bit client.

What you need is a 64-bit OS, and then download and use the 64-bit GW2 client, to avoid the OutOfMemory error(s).
