I went to the website to buy the ultimate edition (the 79.99$)

Everything seems smooth but when I put in my phone number, it says wrong phone number or not a valid phone number.

I put the info right (the state city address zip code) and my credit card (prepaid) is fine.
but my cell phone doesn’t work on their site or doesn’t pick it up.

I just applied my cell phone to my account for SMS security, so anet can read it fine, I got the code and verified. But the purchasing website can’t recognize my phone number.

Please help if you can. I am ready to buy the 79.99$ edition with a prepaid credit card.

I tried to buy it in game, but it said " untimely error" i didn’t click it again so i don’t get over charged,

YAY thanks for unlocking my account or enabling the prepaid card. I bought the ultimate edition and got my items. The gems are coming later i am fine with that. THANK YOU ANET
