i have forgotten my serial code for my gw1 account and cannot retrieve the password and username.. because the email used was an old one.

the only thing i remember is the names i used. and possibly some old passwords..

can you help me link it to my gw2 account please, ive tried everything. i have my gw1 special edition and faction and nightfall infront of me but with no serial cards or numbers ( lost them )

as IC said the only people that might be able to help you is support.
I do think it is going to be a challenging one, specially if you don’t remember the emailadress you used. The boxes itself have little influence it shows how important it is to store your serialnumbers safely.
