My ticket was closed presumably because I don’t have my serial any more. I can still log in at home, as it is authorized, but that’s not really a long term solution.

A second ticket has been ignored, and I have now filed a third.

Filling tickets over and over moves you to the back of the line. Also, posting a forum post like this won’t get you help. You have to post your ticket number in the sticky thread. Are you getting the automated message saying your ticket was received? Has it been more then 3 days between filling tickets?

Can’t you just do this ?
