Network Error?
Hi, Elyssandariel.
I was having the same issue. I noticed on twitter last night they said to repair your game files if you are having this happen.
To repair the files on PC do as follows:
If you do not have a shortcut for GW2, make one. Right click the shortcut, click properties. Find the box labeled “Target.” Add -repair to the end of this box.
For instance, my target box is as follows. The brackets indicate the beginning and the end of the text box.
[“C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -repair]
Click okay or apply, and double click the new shortcut. If you plan to use this shortcut in the future, remember to then remove the -repair on the end or else it will repair every time you use it. Some people make a dedicated “repair” shortcut because of this.
If my explanation was poor, see this:

Repairing files took me several minutes, so be patient, but you’ll get in.
