First time ever I encountered a network issue with GW2! Never changed my system, no changes with ISP or the network devices, it just happened after the PATCH has been made!

It’s been more than a week I always received this kind of error. I’m stuck on the Character Selection page. After I choose my character, it just loads and then the Network Error pops out! I’ve been exchanging messages with Tech Support, ticket #636847 Network issue, but there has been no fixed or whatsoever! I’ve contacted my ISP but there is nothing they can do about the issue.

Honestly, I’m almost at the point of QUITTING the game because of this issue! I’m still not losing hope to support the game but if this will not be resolved, I’m done with GW2! I hope you understand that I’ve been playing this game AFTER a FEW DAYS the game has been LAUNCHED! Please don’t disappoint me Anet!

Same here. After the patch last Friday (6 days ago), I got this issue as well. I have a hard time logging into the game ever since, sometimes I got stuck at the log in part. I did the -repair and went ok but still can’t connect. Sometimes I can manage to get into the game but I get this error when I try to zone or change map. I’ve been doing WvW now since I can sometimes managed to zone there without getting the error. I’m getting this error a lot when exploring and zoning PvE maps.

We need help here, it’s been almost a week for me now.

Been experiencing that here in the Philippines too. I’ve referred so many friends and they decided to play.. but they got discouraged by this issue. I can’t play even for 5mins Everytime I select any character this error appears. This issue started when the festival of the four winds started. I wanted to join the even but I can’t because of this! Please help!

Same issue for me, this happened with the 3rd mini update after the main patch.

Same here, happened since the new patch. Also a Globe user.

Just an update. After this last new patch, my network 5 issues are gone. Game is back to normal for me.
