I bought my wife a daydreamers finery skin, and when i hit send, it said network error on my side. It gifted it to her two times. Now Im out 700 gems and she has 2 copies of this outfit. Support looked at my post and didnt comment. Surely approaching 4 days for a minor hiccup is enough?

This type of error usually resolves itself within an hour. Since your thread was created two hours ago, I assume all is fine by now.

Unfortunately, ticket response time is slower than usual, due to high volume. You can update your ticket to inquire about its status.

This type of error usually resolves itself within an hour. Since your thread was created two hours ago, I assume all is fine by now.

Ticket response time has dipped due to a ton of people coming back sadly. Hopefully its done in the near future.

Except OP says he’s already waited 4 days. Pretty sure he did not create the ticket 3 days before the issue occurred.
