Unfortunately, ticket response time is slower than usual, due to high volume. You can update your ticket to inquire about its status.

Ticket response time has dipped due to a ton of people coming back sadly. Hopefully its done in the near future.
Except OP says he’s already waited 4 days. Pretty sure he did not create the ticket 3 days before the issue occurred.
