Send a support ticket, this might help. A few days ago I was told by the developer answering my tickets that this was an issue caused by my ISP and nothing could be done. Lately the responses have changed to “We are starting to work on it, etc.”

typical Anet responce looseyl translated its not our fault (blame someone else) check these solutions and busey yourselff wasteing time while we fix the problem without ever actualy addmiting its our fault
Unplayable for many many hours now, nearly the whole day, every patch gets worse not sure if it is because old people comes back and saturates the servers or just the servers are bad and getting worse every update.
Its unacceptable to pay for a game and have this kind of issue which stops you from playing, and for so long.
