Guild Wars 2

The only way to quit the game is to use force quit. When i click from in game manu it takes long time and does nothing, on windows version it instantly quits the game but there’s some sort of problem with mac! Anyone else having same issue?

What are you clicking? Logout or exit to desktop? Have you tried clicking the X in the top left corner? Just a few questions to start off… I haven’t seen this issue at all. Even on 6 other Mac systems users.

If you click logout (from character select screen), it should logout and leave the login client open. Exit to desktop and X close everything all together. The only time I need to force quit is if I get disconnected due to an error code and it leaves me with a black screen for several minutes… Then yes, I’m too impatient to wait and force quit.

When i click Exit to desktop game stucks and nothing happens

Try using one of the other 2 ways to log out that I suggested and see what happens. (the X in top right corner or try using logout to get to character select screen, then use log out once more and see if it will take you back to the login client)
