New copy of game, but serial number already taken!

Hello everyone.
Straight to the point – I bought new, fresh copy of GW2 at one of Tesco stores in UK. Everything looked fine, serial number has been covered like it should be, wasn’t moved or discreted, even partially. But when I wanted to register it on official website I received that message:
“Serial Code Already Registered
Your serial code was already registered with a Guild Wars 2 account.”
Generally it looks like someone stolen what I paid for few days ago.
Like I said, I bought it originally packed at Tesco. I have original serial number and proof of purchase. I’ve also written a question to support, but didn’t received any answer from them yet and keep waiting and waiting (btw. it’s irritating when you pay for something and you don’t actually have it).
Why am I writing about that here? Maybe someone experienced same thing and know what to do, or someone from GW and/or ANet can help me here somehow.
