New fps problem
Even though you’re using a laptop you should be getting better frames than that. Is heat becoming an issue? Are all the drivers up to date? What are the FPS when looking at the mystic toilet in LA and do changing settings in the UI make a difference?

Heat is fine (68c max CPU temparature, GPU aroun 60c), tried uptading drivers, but it still had the old problem (the one that slowed me down randomly) so I just formatted it and it worked fine for two days, then this fps drop, sometimes it gets high fps for the first seconds I enter the game, then they horribly drop.
On medium-high it is around 4-8 fps, on low it is 10-18, if I also put subsample it gets to 25-30 but it is really horrible to look (before the drop it used to get around 60fps with subsample)

What clock rate is your GPU running at when playing Guild Wars 2? If you don’t already have GPU monitoring software, then I recommend getting MSI’s Afterburner and checking the clock rates and GPU usage.

You could also try Speccy. This one was recommended to me by the Anet team and gives you a stack of info about your rig:

I’m not sure Speccy shows what the GPU usage of the GPU is. I know it doesn’t for Intel’s embedded GPU solution.
