We are changing and NCSOFT is changing. You’ll access through two different URLs, I believe, since it’s web based and GW tickets have always been separate from the remainder of the NCSOFT game tickets. (Although you mention seeing both, so perhaps through the NCMA or NC Account?)
In any case, don’t worry — it should be very intuitive for you to be able to get help, and if you have questions, please post them so we can address them for you.

Here i can see all of my old and new tickets related to NCSOFT games. Maybe i somehow managed to use the same log-in for both games (mail address) therefor i can see both? Dunno anyway – i asked simply because i’d like to keep the old Aion tickets i have. Do you think those are going to be destroyed in progress as well?
Edit: I’d also take this opportunity to give you an apology as i was pretty off the track when i got banned mistakely for gold selling (it is all settled now and i am enjoying game.) and made a post on forums. (I did send an apology on ticket but i doubt it reached you. )
