Hello, ive submitted a ticket so ill make this brief.
I just purchased the game last night, let it download before i went to bed. Now i started this morning with the gremlin looking race, i redeemed my Heroic Chest from the mail. one time redeem it showed. My issue is that i chose the wrong home realm. Im american and obviously speak english, i chose a eu realm not knowing that i did so, when i look at some of the dungeons and group things they show in a different language. i have a friend that was wanting me to join with her and now i can’t play with her i dont think. Is there any way i get delete my characters, start a new on an american server and still be able to redeem my heroic chest again? I got a nice bag, some exp boost items and a cool looking outfit from it. please help.

But yes, you can change servers for free if you delete all chars. For now I suggest you wait for support, just in case.

As you are both on different servers EU and US, you can’t play together. Guesting is only possible within the same region.

If you get no answer in 3 day’s post your ticket number in the sticky for tickets 3 day’s and older.

If the stuff is not SoulBound, just stick them in your bank, delete the character and you can transfer (if the server isn’t full) for FREE.

If you already used the outfit….well, I think that’s gone (if you want to transfer and not pay for it). I guess you COULD go buy some white armor, transmute the outfit skins onto them and then they would become account bound and you could put THOSE in the bank (and transmute them onto a new character’s stuff).
