I bought the CE physical version. I do NOT have my rytlock mini-fig or the tomes or any other digital item that was supposed to come with this. I’ve had people tell me that only the FIRST character that you create gets these items. I don’t have an in game mail, I don’t have them waiting for delivery at the trade house. Any idea on how to get them? Ticket was issued day of launch, 8/28.
