i think i might of had some sexual word in my id but does anet change the name with out a warning?

For character names, you’ll be asked to select a new name when logging in. They may also rename the character for you depending on the situation.

For display names, they’ll make an anagram of your old name or try to be funny.

You don’t get an option if they deem your display name against the rules. It just gets changed.

wat i ment by is one of my ingame character name changed with out a warning. not the forum name

Oh ok. Then I was right to start with

Have you had a forced name change for one of your characters before? If you have maybe they are not giving you any more chances. It is possible too that they have changed their policy and are no longer as lenient as they were before.

If the person has a consistent issue, then yes, they could very well change it, otherwise, they let the person pick a new name.
