Guild Wars 2

After playing for a while say 30 mins my screen will go black and say no signal, this never used to happen before, i can still here the guild says sounds but can not ctrl alt delete out or anything like that, im forced to hard restart my pc each time

I would check your temperatures on your graphics card. It might be that your GPU is shutting down due to extreme heat.

Make sure that you are not overclocking your graphics card to make sure its in a stable state.

The temp is about 55-60c. The card comes pre over clocked by the maker too. It’s the amd xfx Hd7770 oc

I’m assuming those temperatures were taken while playing the game. I can’t say I have ever overclocked an AMD card, but I would try backing the overclock down, or setting it to a stock HD7770 speed and see what happens. Hopefully someone with more knowledge on AMD graphics cards can chime in and help you underclock your card or give additional things to check.

I will try underclocking it tonight. It’s jut strange that it’s only happening on this game and dead space 3. It never used to be like this on gw 2 last year

check your connections from card to monitor and see if the are plugged in all the way
