I’ve been getting Payment Authorization Failure multiple times. However, I just managed to purchase GW2 but haven’t received any notification email. I double checked my payment on Paypal but I don’t see any charge yet. I have print screen of the success page after the purchase and so have my order number too. Can someone please help me!

Confirmation emails have been known, on occasion, to take some time to arrive. Do check your spam/junk folders, and if it has not arrived within 24 hours, contact the CS Team and ask for assistance.

So apparently:

“After manually reviewing your purchase attempts, I see that our payment processor found they are displaying characteristics that are commonly found to be associated with high risk transactions. For that reason, your purchase attempts have been determined to be high risk by our payment processor and you will be unable to complete your purchase at this time.”
