You should not send another ticket ever, only update your current one.

If you received the automated response, you can expect a live answer within approximately 72 hours.

If you did not receive the automated (almost immediate) response, you can read the Stickies above about not getting the CS Team’s emails, and follow the instructions.

3 days is a long time. Especially with log in problems. Been 24hrs on mine.

That’s their SLA for responding to a ticket. 3 days/72 hours. They try to hit before that, but it can be up there. Especially with people creating multiple tickets for the same issue.
