Nine days later, not a peep. First one was with the gem store and now I have another issue do I add to the existing ticket or create a new one and start waiting on that one?

i’m on my third say. a GM says someone from the gameplay suppor team will help me about in game gem issues, 3 days later and nothing

If it is an unrelated issue, it is best to create a separate ticket to the Support Team.
