Hi.

A friend of mine is trying to get into his account after a break from the game. He didn’t remember his password and tried changing it yet he has yet to hear back. He has claimed to create three cases about it and said he has not heard back on any of them. His request #231487 for his most recent case. If anything else is needed either he or I can get the information for this case. Thank you so much.

Do not create multiple tickets. Creating multiple tickets will slow down any response that your friend will receive.

If your friend has not heard from support 3 days after the last ticket was created, the ticket number should be posted in the following thread:

The more tickets he submits, the longer it’ll take to resolve his problems. Your “friend” is shooting himself in the foot each time he’s impatient. If he didn’t make multiple tickets, the first one probably would have been resolved already.
