Do not create multiple tickets. Creating multiple tickets will slow down any response that your friend will receive.
If your friend has not heard from support 3 days after the last ticket was created, the ticket number should be posted in the following thread:

The more tickets he submits, the longer it’ll take to resolve his problems. Your “friend” is shooting himself in the foot each time he’s impatient. If he didn’t make multiple tickets, the first one probably would have been resolved already.
