Guild Wars 2

Hi all.
I don’t have problem, one of my friends has and asked me to write this for him.
He gets all the time this message:

Waiting for authentication…
Please check your e-mail. A link is included which will allow you to authenticate this login attempt.

He is not receiving the login-verification email.
He checked everywhere in pc and in mobile.
So he cant also login tho the forum. He doesn’t have any internet problems hes provider verified this to him.
So what he can do now?

This happened after a power failure.
The router closed and opened after 2 min.
He was in game when power failure happened.
Then he closed the game and tried to login again but he couldn’t receive the email.
Maybe the server who makes the validation see him online? And that’s why he dont receive the email?

same here, my boyfriend is trying to log in but he doesn’t receive the email…

I had the same problem for the past 2 hours (and more).
I just received my forum login auth mail and my game login auth mail too.
Back to the game

Been also locked out of every authentication, not receiving any email (game, forum, etc…).
Looks like it’s finally solved now (at least for me.. good luck everyone!)

[EDIT] There should be a way to report such problem directly on this site (without authentication). At least people would be kept updated of current situations…
