I recently moved, and have tried multiple times to get the E-mail Authentication for the game but it is not sending it…

I signed in to manage account, and received the authentication email for that, but time and time again I have tried game and not received the email…

I have checked Junk and everything else, it just is not coming in…

I also find it odd that I authenticated for the web portal account management just fine but the game seems to have a separate authentication set of permissions….

Glad it’s sorted out for you. I don’t think anyone on our end did anything, but it could be that your e-mail provider removed whatever block they placed on our mails, and that’s why it finally arrived. Hopefully that’s sorted for the future, but if you continue to have issues, feel free to submit a ticket and we’ll try to provide trouble-shooting steps.
