I’ve had 2 separate incidents. Reported through the in game ticket system, waited about a week or so (over 2 for the first I think now), and have had no response or remedy to date. They both involved lost gold on the BLTP. Are these type of incidents perceived as a “sucks to be you” type of situation, or can they actually be fixed? I understand you guys (and gals) have A LOT going on, and this kind of thing is small bean potatoes, but maybe just a " get over it noob " would suffice in my situation?

Absolutely no one should be telling you to ‘’get over it noob’‘. You lost items/coin due to a fault with the game and that absolutely should be corrected, I don’t care if it was 1copper or 1000gold.

It’s little comfort, but you are not the only one being ignored

I will remind you though, that for some ludicrous reason, ArenaNet does not have the ability to ‘restore’ lost items/currency. I think they can do ‘account wide rollbacks’ but that’s probably going to do more harm than good. Once they sort themselves out, hopefully they can restore your lost gold

I honestly hope you get your things back. But I also understand what you mean. Its good to have closure. In your situation I would rather have them tell me they can’’t do anything about it then leave me hanging. I’’m just waiting on my ticket now to get my compromised account back. Hope I dont wait for more than the specified time of 3-5 days. 120929-000850

Hi everyone.

If your tickets are that old, you can enter in your Customer Support account, close them, and start another one new; you should get an answer then regarding this issue. However, you may not get that lost gold back.
