1350w enermax psu
i7-3770k
16gb ram
Gtx 680
Windows 10

I was getting about 50-60 fps with high settings in LA

Today I buy asus strix 1060oc and I was expecting to see more fps, but….

I am getting 20-32fps

I am using latest drivers and running 64bit client.

Any ideas?

When you installed the drivers did you do a clean install, also make sure your card is running at PCI-E x16 after installing the new card,

Last week I went from a 680GTX to a 1080GTX and the game has way higher FPS in all situations, something something local is causing your issue.

You can find the speed of the port with a program called CPU-Z

Install geforce experience program.
It will help optimise all of your games and auto detect driver etc.

First questions first, what was your old video card? Also seconding the clean driver install, and making sure it’s actually in a PCI express x16 slot and not one of the slower ones. Also, Nvidia’s driver releases since September, and especially into October, have been fairly problematic for quite a few people as well

All the “optimisation” does it adjusts the same graphics settings you could control yourself. It doesn’t “just make” your game run better.
