Guild Wars 2

Two of my character slots have an oddity in that any characters I create in either of these two slots have the weapon swap facility completly disabled, the weapon boxes don’t show up on the HERO panel with the padlock icon and they are not enabled/unlocked when the character reaches level 7. I’ve deleted the chars and created new ones, even purchased an additional slot, which works exactly as it should. Problem therefore seems to be somehow linked to just these two character slots, rather than the actual characters.
I’ve raised a ticket with support on this but wondering if anyone else has seen this problem and if so do they still have it or found some way to fix it.

You aren’t making one of the classes/professions that lacks the swap ability all together are you?

Elementalists and Engineers do not have weapon swap.
