They should send you a email and u can respond to that email.
Just tell them you want to change the email and tell them specifically which email is the old one that is wrong and what the new one should be and give only anet through a ticket the info. They should email you, just email them back with anything they need, but make sure if it is only through the official anet website you make the ticket and only repsond to real gw2 people with what they need. They should get to you pretty quick if you completely filled out your ticket thing and you should’ve gotten the automatic email then you can contact each other that way.
3 days or longer seems to be the norm now.
