Back when southsun event was introduced there was an event that involved a large boss at the end, now at the time, this was done poorly, many people were disconnected and unable to claim the final reward.

i’ve just learned that many people contacted support and were given the rewards they would’ve originally earned.

Now, this happened well over a year ago, but if i were to contact support, would i still be eligible for the reward i was conned out of due to the poor stability of the game at the time?

I doubt it as that event happened nearly 2 1/2 years ago (November 2012). I am pretty sure there was a time limit on contacting the CS Team about it.

Thought so, I think i’ll throw a ticket in anyway just for good measure.

Don’t waste support time for something like this.

You won’t get an item for an event that almost 2,5 years ago. Especially not since it could potentially be impossible to prove that you were actually there.

Actually, people didn’t put in a support ticket for it. Support was able to determine who was logged in during the event, and gave everyone the item. If you didn’t get it, you didn’t get it. They didn’t use tickets. I remember because I didn’t get one, and my friend did.
