Hey , as i was playing Gw2 today i took a look at the cpu usage (using hwmonitor & taskmanager) and saw that one of my Cpu cores were running between 96-100% is this normal? Im using a 5930k @4,3ghz , temps stay around 49-52c ?

You probably need to unpark your other CPU cores. Try this tool:

but one core still pushes 100%

Maybe it has something to do with how the game is made?
