Guild Wars 2

One of my friends got hacked a few days ago, he got the reply from arena net that nothing can be done about your items etc. Now recently after he was back into the game for a day he got an email saying that your Current email address has been changed and please verify this new email address. He cannot login into the game or make a post on forums about this issue, he has submitted a support ticket but no reply’s as of yet.

Sneakiest.6073 is his in game name. Please guys can give me some information on what is the actual procedure to fix this problem, so i can let him know what he has to do.

Sounds like he never found the point of compromise and they got in again.

He did the right thing about submitting a ticket, but he needs to wait. While he waits, he needs to find out how they got into his account, or its pointless getting the account back.

Also, posting on these forums wont help him get the account back any faster. There are many others in the queue with the same problem. None are more important than anyone else.
