Although I may be anxious over nothing, I recently bought a copy of HoT to upgrade my account, yet I haven’t gotten a confirmation email and no payment has been processed. I was wondering if there was any way to check if the order has gone through, as I do not want to buy another copy of the game and be slammed $100.

It sounds like it probably hasn’t been processed but if you log into your game account at https://account.arena.net/overview in the middle section under Gmae Accounts you’ll see the image for GW2 and it’ll either be the original red GW2 one or the new green GW2:HoT.
