Over 1 weeks NCSoft hasn't charge my card

Posting on my husband’s behalf
He got suspended 4 days or so ago and was told that the ticket has been transferred to Billing Team. We also found out that NCSoft never finalize the transaction and therefore we have not been charged for that copy of the game yet. The bank made it clear that the transaction was pre-authorized and that they were simply waiting for you guys to finalize it and take the money.
Could this transaction fiasco have been what caused the account to get suspended?
