here is the crash details from my wife’s computer. happens every time i tried to download. so i uninstalled. now it happens when trying to install from the game disc.

what does packfile mean? what could possibly cause this? thanks in advance if you can help.

Im having the same problem and cant seem to get any help :/ still waiting on my ticket…if you find out what to do to fix advice would be appreciated
