PC Build...Thoughts?
generally for any mmo you need powerfull CPU which AMD isnt (sadly…)
get an intel CPU and AMD GFX
Without any budget i cant really help sugest cost effective alternatives.
However going simply on what u have listed i would say spend an extra $40 on the GPU and get the just released GTX 760.
CPU wise, that CPU is one of AMD’s best but if u want the best out of GW2, specialy in WvW, then u will want a Intel. Maybe a i5 4670k.
But like i said, i cant make a more informed sugestion unlessi know ur price limits.

CM Storm Stryker case | Seasonic 1000W PSU | Asux Xonar D2X & Logitech Z5500 Sound system |
I recommend a system around the Intel® Xeon® Prozessor E3-1225V2 or E31235V2, as long as you don’t want to overclock.
With this you get a I7-CPU for the price of an I5, which is quite a bargain. As for the GFX, I would choose an AMD/ATI 7870, which works well for me in this setup (running a dual monitor setup, gw2 in one window 1920×1080)

Have a look a this thread:

About $600 USD
I think that build would do fine. I would just recommend a 660ti instead of the normal 660.

Get a GTX 760, not a GTX 660Ti. The GTX 660Ti has been phased out as of yesterday.
