I’m trying to narrow down where the issue is and why my husband and I are getting severe lag and constant disconnects (like every 20 minutes). We have a new router, with updated firmware, bought a new modem and still there’s an issue. Had Comcast send a refresh signal and still terrible lag and disconnects. I did a -Diag on the gw2 client and there is some packet loss along the way and there were two connection fails with the diagnostic servers. I don’t know if that’s causing our issues or not. I know the issue is not with our equipment because it’s all new and updated, but there is an issue somewhere between my modem and Anet. Can anyone help me figure out what to do because this is getting insane. It hurts to play like this and it’s frustrating. If the problem is Comcasts, what do I tell them?
