Yes, there was a bug, and I just learned that it was addressed about one hour ago. Can you test and see if things are working properly for you now?

I’m still having the same issues though it works properly after 1 to 2 restarts that is not how it should work ^^

Nope I still have this problem. Often it shows me as offline on guild list and friend list and when I try to party someone it shows me as offline and the party members can’t see me as on the map and minimap. Also when I invite people to a party and they join the party, on their screens it still shows them the party invite and the option to either accept or reject the invite even after they’ve joined the party. Many times people are not able to enter the instance that I am in(dungeon) either. This is incredibly frustrating and ruining my in-game experience and from what I’ve heard it has been happening to a lot of people. Please fix it.
This is a Technical support issue, and best served by opening a Tech support ticket.

Thank you for providing these details. Have you submitted a ticket? If so, may I have the 12-digit number for that ticket? I’d like to follow up on a couple of levels, so that information would be very helpful.
One quick short-term solution is: Log out of the game completely and log back in. But as Moeh says, that’s not exactly how things are supposed to work, so we’ll investigate and repair.

In case you are looking into tickets on the party issues, you can check a ticket I made when I first started having this problem in March: 130315-000815
When the problem began I mostly had problems with seeing up-to-date info in the party window. However, in the intervening time I have had more and more problems with the guild/party/friends lists, including me not appearing online to other people, me not being able to see other people online, randomly being removed from parties, and lots of trouble entering dungeon instances with my group. I have not been updating the ticket lately as I was directed to submit in-game bug reports instead.

I first reported this bug with screen shots back in January, several guild mates have done the same since, this is still a bug ingame today, its game breaking, you cannot enter dungeons/fotm/any instances, as some people cannot see some other people in the parties etc,
Again I understand this is not your area or expertise, but maybe you can personally relay this to someone who can post an official response to this major bug.

I have it since two patches ago. Sometimes it dissapears after playing a while, sometimes it comes when playing a bit. This highly annoying. It affects guildlist, friendlist and party.
I mostly pvp and everytime I win a match with a team, i get back in HoTM and I’m out of the party. Thus I need to be reinvited every single time. Sometimes even completely getting out of the game/relogging doesn’t work. I’ve sent a ticket about a week ago.

I have to restart the game like 4 times to get it to work properly. I did send a ticket but no response from the support team on the issue as yet
