From some BL chest keys I had I received 2 items. Please see attached.

Sword Zaishen Helm Skin
Hounds of Balthazar Mail Carrier

I already have these items unlocked on my account, I was wondering if I was able to pass them to a friend?

I doubt I am, it just seems a waste of an Item that some people really want.

Also I don’t want to go into politics of why I may not be able to, I understand that. I just want an answer to my question.

Both are account bound items and can’t be transferred to someone else, I’m afraid.

If you already have them unlocked on your account, you should not have received duplicates. You can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ask to receive your 4 Black Lion Chest Keys, instead.
