Guild Wars 2

Ok so, my freind just bought guild wars 2. She had played during the free trial in November and would like to use her new serial code for her account she used back in Novemeber. Shes having problems with her password and when she goes to recover it it asks for the serial code…but she never set up a serial code because it was a trial account soooo…yeah Need some assistance of some sort, Thanks.
