I do not know if anet wants this known or not if not they can take this message out. If your accounts are linked with your guildwars account this is a way to fix a password change if needed. For example since there are problems with emails and other sites that you may be using the same password on it is impossible to change your pass through the guildwars 2 or even guildwars system now.
There is an alternative now that I found out just recently. If you added your guildwars account to an NCsoft master account you can change your password there. Sometimes it may come up with a mistake so try again. It is also the safest way to change the pass. I tried to change it but somehow got locked out of my accounts until I did the NCsoft idea
