The last 2 or 3 times I have tried to log on, the launcher tells me that my password has been changed. I am able to use my email to reset the password and log on, and it appears that nothing has been changed with my account. I am receiving many emails about authorizing logon requests from Korea. I changed my password this past weekend but as soon as I checked today it would seem that it got changed again. I don’t want to go through this process every day – is there a way to stop this?

You can send in a ticket and request for the change. My suggest is that if you are going to send the ticket in via email, to use a new email account and not your current one. Also, if you use say Gmail or equivalent, you can check the logs to see if someone else is logging into your account. And it might be wise to change your email password as well, just incase.

I’m very suspicious that you’ve been hacked and someone else is changing your password. Obviously they have your login information if you are getting log on requests from another country. If it gets changed after you change it, it makes me think your email is hacked.

Check for a key logger. Run a security sweep of your computer. Change your email password. Fast.

I’ve run complete system scans with antivirus and antimalwarebytes, i’m getting nothing. Is there a way to change the email associated with my account?

THAT means NOTHING. They cant catch what they don’t know about.

Much more likely his email has been hacked…..that likely happens due to a password being reused, not a system infection.
