Guild Wars 2

So.. I got my guild wars back today after several months of not even trying to get my password back
now I decided to try changed my password three times now
and everytime I log in it says its invalid ( build: 23822. error code 11:1001:2:1270)

I wanted to make a support ticket, but thats such a big list of things to do…
really, after all that I already had to do..?

its just such a pain to have to write the serial and every other little detail of info several times a day. like this I dont even really want to play anymore..

oh and yes i did put it to where it allows the IP address, and that. I can log onto the page fine, but the launcher keeps saying its invalid

it keeps saying someone in TX,US logged in.. I live in the netherlands
what the hell is going on…

I don’t know about your password problems but the Tx US thing is just it being routed through the Texas server’s IP. If you check this forum there are a couple of posts about it on the first couple of pages.

Okay thank you, that had me concerned a minute.

Are you using your username instead of you email to log in? Cause it needs to be your email.

This does not sound like a password issue, but that something may be wrong with your client or GW2.DAT file (possibly corrupted?). You need to add an argument to the launcher to fix this….see here: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Command_line_arguments

Yes, email and password. Same login as the forum.

issue solved, i am VERY sorry. its the email not the panda.2964 thing…
