I was playing last night with no issues. I tried logging in tonight and the patcher would start and get between 1-4% and freeze up. I checked to ensure Norton nor my firewall was blocking it. I tried the different IP’s listed on another thread and tried the repair. Same result every time. My wife on the same network had no issues.

I did a search in my apps and found a 64 bit launcher and tried that and it worked perfect. Just wanted to share the solution as everything else I tried failed. I even restarted my PC.

I think the Lavasoft was adware that was blocking it. It was a pain to get rid of but seems to resolve it so far. I am actually in the came as soon as I got rid of it. No idea when/how that was installed.

It sounds like your 32 bit client is corrupt and needs either a repair, or a reinstall.

Kateuk look for a program called Lavasoft or Web Companion in programs. You can uninstall it there or I would recommend http://www.revouninstallerpro.com/revo_uninstaller_downloads.html using the free trial of that. Once you uninstall, have it look for remnants and then select all and delete..
