Q:

Hello, I have trouble with buying gems in with a PaySafeCard. Whenever I try to click and confirm my order so it can take me to the page where I can enter my 16-digit code it says ‘’Payment Authorization Failed’’ and it takes me back to the first page. I haven’t entered any code yet, nothing ! so I dont know what authorization was declined, but I got my 50€ PaySafeCard right here and it hasn’t been used so it has all the funds in it. Please keep in mind that I havent’ entered the code yet and I got this error. I’ve also contacted PaySafe and they said that this is not their concern if I didn’t use the code yet.
