Hi, I purchased Deluxe by using 6g to convert to gems, spent 2k gems for deluxe and got nothing in the mail. I have relogged, Restarted. Got so frustrated just gave up and went to sleep hoping it would show up in a while. Still nothing……. It’s been over 8 hours and i do not have what I paid for….
Anyone else having this problem? how did you resolve it.
I purchased mine the same way as you and the character that is the main on my account whom I used to purchase it with got everything but access to the mistfire wolf elite. The response I got from support basically stated that it is a known issue and they are working on it. Hope they fix it.

(Checked my main characters a long with my other 2. Still no mail.)
This could be due to me buying it twice as I wanted to get another 1k influence book.
I can farm gold faster then influence so i decided to try it.
I will cut my loses and say its a double purchase bug.(They should probably fix the ability to see or buy it twice if it is a bug.)
Anyone who has successfully Bought this twice and received items please state it so I know it is not a bug.
