Payment Approval Failed.
Not enough details for anyone to give a firm answer.
One guy had a problem with buying things. He suggested waiting about 15 seconds between clicking next and confirm. Said it cleared up the problem for him and 3 of his friends.
Another possibility is you hit a credit limit. In that case contact support and see about raising it. Use the support tab at the top then ‘Ask A Question’.
A third possibility is a bug from using Mac computer.

Sometimes people hit some sort of limit in the cash shop even though they have (normally) plenty of available credit. Have you made several gem purchases within a short period of time? Apparently the gem store has a built in monthly purchase limit.

Support rectified it quickly when I submitted my ticket, like in under 5 minutes quick!
They told me a way to work around the built in monthly spending limit is to not save your credit card info, but to type in the number each time. If you’ve hit the limit the solution is to make a ticket or use a different credit card.

i am having this issue as well, i’ve tried 3 separate cards but none of them work :/
ive also tried waiting a bit before clicking confirm but that didn’t work either.
i’ve contacted support but it’s been 6 hours, is there another solution i should try?
same problem here. I’ve used both my wife’s and my own card. I’ve used them both in the past and now both of them continually fail. I’ve submitted a ticket, just waiting on a response.
