Payment Authorization Failed
I tried 4 times with my Mastercard and nothing is working. I’m trying tp buy HoT.
I bought gems 4 months ago fine so the card is working.
Anyone have a work around this? I dont want to wait for a ticket response since it usually never helps.
Mastercard is having issues, server wise.
I suggest a method without using the card directly, I.E bank transfer, paypal etc.
Or go into a store and get the key from a retailer.

Call your card issuing company, they may have a hold on your card.
If they don’t try to purchase it at a retailer.

I just purchased the expansion in game rather than on the web and it worked the first time!
