I’ve been getting this issue repeatedly when trying to purchase some gems with both credit card and paypal payment options. I am not sure why or what is wrong with the information I have given (which I have checked, re-checked, and checked again to ensure it’s correct), but is this some sort of issue with ANet’s method of taking payment, or is it somehow on my end?

Some times players hit a purchase limit. You can discuss the issue (whatever it is) with the Billing CS Team.
