What exactly does that mean? I go to customer support but there doesn’t seem to be anything related to that issue. Help, please.

Just contact support like the previous past said. What it probably means is, it’s their way of making sure the charges aren’t fraud. It’s like how if you make a lot of purchases with a debit card in a very short time your bank might call you to verify if it was you making them.
