I’m getting kinda bored of getting payment approval failure every time I try to buy new set of 800 gems. I try all the unholy rituals from waiting for 15 secs to sacrificing lambs to Abaddon and nothing works. I end up writing a ticket and then I can buy something once and the next time I want to buy some gems, I have to write the same ticket over and over and over again. Basically every time I’m buying gems I have to wait for four hours.

The time interval between my purchases doesn’t matter. I’ve had two months or more break of buying anything from the gemstore and I get the “payment approval failed” every single time.

The Anet copypasta messages from support blamed my bank and when I sent a message to my bank they blamed that it’s Anet’s fault. My bank said something in the lines of “they have probably had changes in their billing system and you tried buying during the maintenance and it didn’t work out”. I’ve send different kinds of messages to support, but I always get the “too many failed attempts” response. It seems my successful purchases count as failed attempts, too, as the next time I’m trying to buy always ends up as a “payment approval failed”.

Is there any way to fix this? I don’t really want to spam support tickets every time I want to buy another set of 800 gems.
