Call your bank? Some banks will put a stop payment on credit card transactions online unless you pre-authorize.
I used two different ones. Same response; I have also used those two cards before with no problem >.<
I’d still check in with your bank first. Banks do odd things.

I didn’t make a ticket because guild members told me my problem is an individual problem and I wouldn’t get a response.
Also, it’s not my bank xD

Same problem here, didn’t want to open a new thread. Tried to buy gems, nope. Waited for 24-48hrs as suggested by ANet’s customer service and when i got on today it gave me the same message (with a different credit card).
Made an online ticket, if you tell me i have to make a web ticket i’ll do and post the number here

Probably not. Even if it’s a bug you may still need instructions on what to do to fix it and if it’s not a bug then you will still need support to fix it.
