As it says above.. it used to redirect me to paypal to purchase gems but now it just says that all the time… LOL… does anyone experience this?

Sometimes it happens if you’ve purchased more than their monthly cap, of, I think, 300$?

happened to me once i tried to use a ita credit card from ingame whle i’m actually in australia. this locked down any gem purchase even throu paypal. had to contact customer service.

Wow that’s a really nice answer. It is a shame that it is now 2014 and the only info that comes up readily anyway about the topic was for a transition period back in December of 2013 which you guys were excited about.

I am going to keep looking for more info and to find the trouble ticket submit form you speak of. Oh this is the first time I had trouble with this pay system of yours. It would be helpful if the system at least told us why the process failed by the way.
